Jutsu Creation Rules

Follow this template when creating Jutsu.

You MAY create Jutsu for existing Kekkei Genkai. All Jutsu with an unknown rank that already exist can be posted here for ranking. ALL S Jutsu must be posted with the topic: S Chakra.

Academy Student can create five Jutsu, and cannot create S Jutsu.
Genin can create ten Jutsu
Chunin can create fifteen Jutsu
Jounin can create twenty Jutsu
ANBU can create twenty-five Jutsu
Sannin can create as many Jutsu as they desire

Jutsu creation must be fair, and detailed. A Mod or Admin will rank your Jutsu, and approve them. Jutsu may be ranked, yet not approved which means their is a flaw needed to be fixed or you have surpassed your Jutsu creation limit.
