New site system (READ, OR YOU WILL BE BANNED)

No, you won't really be banned. But I had to say that to get everyone's attention.

So, the site is going to be implementing a new system as an experiment. Lately, some of the staff/members have been seeing the site's current physics and combat system as like a video game, and less like the actual Anime/Manga. So the site is going to change as an experiment.

Changes

-Many of the banned/limited will be usable
-The site's physics will become more realistic
-The Death Penalty will be changed according to how you died
-For the super amazing Jutsu like Raijin, Lightning Armour, and EMS, there will be obtained limits. As in, only a certain amount of people with said Jutsu can exist at one time.
-Jutsu/Kekkei Grading will be much easier
