Jutsu name: Wind Release: 360 Swift

Jutsu style: Ninjutsu/Wind Release

Effect: The user spins in a 360 motion making a powerful wind blowing there opponent away if done correctly all other jutsu will not work. So anyone in the way will automatically be blown to the ground and wont be able to get up until the jutsu stops.

Example: Lets say I'm fighting Corren I do the 360 swift he is automatically blown to the floor not able to get up. And if he does a jutsu when im doing it, It will take up his chakra but his jutsu will fail.
